How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Returns for any product non-defective (unused and uninstalled) excluding software, electronic parts, electrical parts, and special order items can be done so within 15 days from original purchase date. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied and the customer will be responsible for original shipping charges and cost of returning the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition and include all parts, literature, manuals, warranty cards, original invoice and rebate forms when applicable, etc. Please be advised that resalable condition includes the condition of the shipping box. Electronic items and all installed merchandise are non-returnable. Please refer to the manufacturer for warranty on these defective items. All returns require authorization from BadAss Pool Supply, LLC. Please contact us via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning products. There will be no returns on software and or special order items.

FREE DELIVERY-SHIPPING does not mean that there are no shipping charges incurred by us. FREE DELIVERY-SHIPPING means that we have included normal shipping charges in the price of the product for the customers’ convenience. If a product is returned per our Return policy, these normal shipping charges will be deducted if the items or item is returned through no fault of ours.

In the event that damage occurs during shipping via FedEx, UPS or USPS, or any Carrier, purchaser must contact BadAss Pool Supply, LLC within 15 calendar days from delivery date which corresponds with that of the carriers claim policies, BadAss Pool Supply, LLC will not be held responsible for replacing damaged items.

In the event that damage should occur during shipping via Common Carrier, purchaser must have driver note damage at time of acceptance then contact shipping company immediately to file a claim. BadAss Pool Supply, LLC is not responsible for damage occurred during shipping.

In the event that we ship and item other than the one that you ordered, BadAss Pool Supply, LLC will cover the shipping cost and promptly ship out the correct item if the incorrect items is returned within 10 days of your receiving the items. Please contact BadAss Pool Supply, LLC via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning goods. Any item shipped to us without an RMA will be refused.

Returns, defective or otherwise, will not be authorized for return if the product was shipped by freight truck line (meaning non-UPS, FedEx or USPS). Your sole remedy in this case will be warranty service from the manufacturers’ field warranty service centers, unless otherwise stated in writing by BadAss Pool Supply, LLC. All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to giving credit.

PerformancePro Pumps

Any returned products from PerformancePro Pumps is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
